The Epsilon Delta chapter would like to recognize the many women who spent this past summer in service-learning environments. Beth traveled to Romania to teach children that lived in orphanages, volunteered at their Vacation Bible School, and delivered medical supplies to the poor/disabled families in the community. Julie, Gwen, Shannon, Sara, and Amanda visited El Salvador to take a Creighton course and immerse themselves in the community. Allison has been volunteering at Big Brothers Big Sisters for almost six years and Katie has been volunteering at the hospital and utilizing her Spanish skills. Congratulations to these individuals and all those of Epsilon Delta who give back to their local or global community!
